In my Hatha Yoga class for beginners I will start guiding you into conscious breathing, mind and body awareness. We’ll achieve this by going through simple body movements that will physically prepare your body to practice basic asanas (exercises)  and lead to a final relaxation where you will take a moment to completely be with yourself whilst allowing your body to recover.
