Yoga for Men at OMH Therapies

The male only Hatha Yoga class will guide you into conscious breathing, mind and body awareness. Achieving this by going through simple body movements that will physically prepare your body to practice basic asanas (exercises) that will improve your flexibility and mobility, build muscle strength and stamina, and improve your posture. Leading to a final relaxation where you will take a moment to completely be with yourself whilst allowing your body to recover.

The 10 week classes happens every Thursdays morning, starting on 5th September from 7:30am to 8:30am at the OMH Therapies

No Yoga experience needed. Yoga mat and props will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes and bring with you some water.
